Big Changes for Premier Allergist on July 16
Premier Allergist is proud to announce that this summer we will go through a rebrand to change our name to AllerVie Health and enhance our digital patient experience.
As part of the AllerVie Health network, we will always be dedicated to improving and expanding our services for our patients. We continuously strive to deliver not only the highest quality care to you but also the safest, most efficient, and most patient-centric experience possible. These clinic changes, among many others, will allow us to better serve you now and in the future!
We’re Upgrading Our Systems!
We’re rolling out a new system to help us better manage your care and stay connected with you. This upgrade improves how things run behind the scenes, allowing us to serve you more efficiently and effectively.
We’re especially excited to introduce our new online patient portal and mobile app—designed to make managing your healthcare simpler and more convenient, anytime, anywhere. You’ll be able to easily request or view appointments, pay bills through the portal, complete select forms/documents online at home, and more.
While this upgrade won’t include access to your medical records or secure messaging just yet, we’re looking forward to bringing you even more features in the future. This is just the beginning of a better, faster, and more connected care experience—all delivered in a secure and compliant way.
Rebrand to AllerVie Health
Under any brand name, you are at the forefront of everything we do and that will never change. We will always be dedicated to the DMV and Pennsylvania communities, serving patients from our current locations across the region. However, we will be providing services under the AllerVie Health brand. We are excited about the opportunity to leverage this national brand and its resources to expand services, increase access to care, and bring you the latest advances in allergy, asthma, immunology, and clinical research.
New Billing Service & Phone Number
We are transitioning to a new billing service provider. You will soon be able to call our dedicated billing team directly for questions about billing statements, pay bills over the phone, set up payment plans, etc.
We do not anticipate any major changes to insurance at this time. We will continue to accept a comprehensive list of insurance providers, just as we always have. As a reminder, most insurance policies do not require a referral to see an allergy specialist.
Trusted By Our Network, Designed with You in Mind
Our providers and staff across the region are fully behind this transition. By streamlining many of our internal processes with this upgrade, we’ll be able to focus more on what matters most—delivering the highest level of care and service to you. This trusted platform has already been successfully launched in 30 clinics across six states in the AllerVie Health network, and now we’re thrilled to bring it to you! Our teams are dedicated to collaborating with us to advance patient care and are excited to watch us expand into our next phase in the AllerVie Health journey!
Stay tuned as we continue to introduce you to the AllerVie Health brand and keep an eye out for additional information about this transformation that will come your way.

Local Pollen Levels
How to read pollen count
Pollen and mold levels are determined by the National Allergy Bureau and have been translated into four levels based on the counts for the majority of days and the averages over the years.
A low pollen count means that only people who are extremely sensitive to pollen and mold will have allergy symptoms.
A moderate pollen count means more people will have allergy symptoms.
A high pollen count means that most people with a sensitivity to pollen and/or molds can experience allergy symptoms.
A very high pollen count means that almost everyone who has an allergy to molds and pollen will experience symptoms.
