Bio

Rashidat Laiyemo, NP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty track from Chamberlain University in 2020, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution. Over the course of her career, she has gained expertise in primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and critical care, preparing her to care for patients of all ages with both acute and chronic conditions.

Before joining AllerVie Health, Ms. Laiyemo served patients in a variety of settings, including family medicine practices, urgent care centers, and hospitals. Her professional background spans high-acuity critical care, and primary care clinics in Maryland. She is highly skilled in diagnosing and managing complex conditions, performing minor procedures, prescribing and monitoring medications, and educating patients on individualized treatment strategies. Her broad clinical foundation enables her to provide excellent allergy, asthma, and immunology care.

At AllerVie Health, Ms. Laiyemo provides comprehensive care for patients with asthma, allergies, sinus and respiratory conditions, and immunologic disorders. She is committed to empowering patients through education, helping them understand their conditions and treatment options so they can live healthier, fuller lives. Known for her dedication, compassion, and attention to detail, she ensures her patients feel supported at every step of their care journey.

Outside of medicine, Ms. Laiyemo enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and today is happily married with three children, two boys and a girl. At home, she also enjoys the company of her shihpoo dog and loves listening to a variety of music genres.
