Monique Pugh, MSN, FNP-C, is a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both urgent care and family medicine. A native of Columbus, Georgia, she began her healthcare journey with a decade of experience as a maternal-newborn nurse at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University. Monique’s broad clinical background enables her to connect with patients across all stages of life, providing holistic and responsive care. Her interest in allergy and asthma developed through her work in primary and urgent care, where she recognized a growing need for specialized support in these areas. This passion led her to join the Allergy Center at Brookstone in the fall of 2024, where she is committed to helping patients achieve better quality of life through personalized allergy and asthma care.

Monique’s approachable demeanor, clinical precision, and focus on patient education create a welcoming and informed environment for every patient she sees. Whether managing chronic conditions or guiding patients through new diagnoses, she ensures each person receives tailored treatment grounded in empathy and current best practices. She now lives in with her husband and three children, and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family. Her personal and professional experiences come together to form a patient care philosophy centered on trust, accessibility, and wellness.
