Bio

Tavon Johnson, ARNP, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at AllerVie Health providing comprehensive allergy, sinus, and immunology care for patients along the Gulf Coast. With a strong foundation in infectious disease, emergency medicine, and hospital-based care, Tavon brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treating patients with complex medical needs. 

Tavon earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Associate of Science in Nursing locally in Pensacola. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, which further supports her patient-centered approach and strong communication skills. Her advanced training and academic background have prepared her to care for diverse patient populations across a wide range of clinical settings. 

Prior to joining AllerVie Health, Tavon gained extensive experience in infectious disease clinics, emergency departments, and critical acute care environments. She has cared for high patient volumes in both outpatient and inpatient settings, managing complex medical conditions, coordinating diagnostic testing, and emphasizing patient safety and education. At AllerVie Health, Tavon applies this experience to allergy and sinus care, focusing on individualized treatment plans, clear communication, and ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their care journey. 

Outside of the clinic, Tavon enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she values community connection and looks forward to continuing to serve patients throughout the Gulf Coast region.
