Bio

Mahvesh Babar Ansari is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Goodwin University and holds her FNP-C certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her academic foundation also includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goodwin University, where she graduated with honors, and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

With a clinical background spanning family practice, walk-in care, medical-surgical and progressive care units, post-acute rehabilitation, and community health, Mahvesh brings a well-rounded perspective to every patient encounter. She has experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and other complex chronic illnesses. Her approach combines evidence-based treatment planning with thorough patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their long-term health and wellness.

Mahvesh is known for her collaborative, compassionate style of care and her commitment to building trusted relationships with her patients. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and is passionate about preventive medicine, helping patients stay healthy at every stage of life — from routine wellness visits and vaccinations to managing chronic disease and addressing urgent care needs.

Outside of practice, Mahvesh values lifelong learning and continues to deepen her clinical expertise to better serve her community.
