Bio

Dr. Mark D. Menich is a board-certified allergist and immunologist with more than three decades of experience caring for patients with allergic and immunologic conditions. A native of Illinois, he earned both his Bachelor of Arts in History and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois. Following medical school, Dr. Menich completed his internship in internal medicine at Maricopa County Medical Center in Phoenix and his residency and fellowship training at the renowned Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. 

Dr. Menich proudly served for 20 years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, where he held numerous leadership and clinical positions, including Chief of Allergy and Immunology and Commander of the NATO headquarters clinic in Belgium. His military service took him across the globe, from Washington, D.C., and Virginia to Germany, Belgium, and Texas, allowing him to serve diverse patient populations while advancing expertise in allergy, asthma, and travel medicine. His time in the military instilled a deep respect for teamwork, precision, and compassion in patient care. 

After retiring from the Army as a Colonel, Dr. Menich continued to serve allergy and asthma patients in Boulder, Colorado, for more than a decade. He provides comprehensive allergy and immunology care for patients of all ages, offering diagnostic testing, immunotherapy, asthma management, and individualized treatment plans. His professional interests include immunotherapy, the ethics of science and medicine, and travel medicine.
