Bio

Janey Kottler, DNP, FNP-C, is a doctoral-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Pittsburgh and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor.

Over the past five years, Janey has cared for patients with allergy and asthma conditions in the emergency department setting and is excited to continue supporting these patients in the outpatient environment. Her clinical background also includes experience in emergency medicine, family medicine, and urgent care, where she has managed a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and performed various medical procedures.

Janey's passion for allergy and asthma care is deeply personal. Growing up with asthma and allergies herself, she spent many years receiving allergy immunotherapy and managing asthma while competing as a swimmer. These experiences inspired her interest in helping patients effectively manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.

In addition to her clinical practice, Janey has extensive experience leading clinical research operations and quality improvement initiatives. She is committed to enhancing clinical workflows, improving patient outcomes, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
