Bio

Crystal Collins, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in emergency and trauma nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from the University of Phoenix, graduating with distinction and earning membership in Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Society. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate Degree in Nursing from the College of Central Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude.

With nearly a decade of nursing experience, Crystal has provided care in Level II Trauma Centers, emergency departments, critical access hospitals, and specialty practice settings. Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive patient assessment, chronic disease management, preventive care, diagnostic interpretation, women's health, pediatrics, and minor procedures. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she served in multiple high-acuity emergency care roles, including assignments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a Nurse Practitioner with AllerVie, Crystal provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of allergic, immunologic, and respiratory conditions across the lifespan. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Passionate about mentorship and professional development, Crystal has served as a preceptor and clinical mentor for nurses and paramedic students throughout her career. She is dedicated to empowering patients through education, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and wellness.
