Cheyenne Pentz, PA-C, is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant committed to enhancing patient care and overall patient experience. With a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University and a strong foundation in biopsychology from Geneva College, Cheyenne brings a unique understanding of both the physiological and psychological aspects of health. Her experience in various clinical settings, including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and emergency medicine, has allowed her to develop a patient-centered approach that prioritizes both medical excellence and empathetic communication. She is passionate about providing comprehensive care that improves patient outcomes and fosters trust within the healthcare system.

Cheyenne’s diverse background, from working as a certified nursing assistant to providing home health care and volunteering in pediatric specialty care, has shaped her holistic view of patient needs. Her ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds ensures they receive not only the best medical care but also the support and education necessary for long-term wellness. Whether managing chronic conditions, addressing acute concerns, or guiding patients through treatment plans, Cheyenne is dedicated to creating a positive, reassuring healthcare experience that empowers individuals to take charge of their health.

Cheyenne was born in Central, PA and grew up in Montana, Northern Wisconsin, and returned to Central PA where she completed her education. She is a newlywed, and together with her amazing husband enjoy walking their three fur babies, Zariah Jane, Zuliah Joan, and Daisy Rai. Outside of the clinic, Cheyenne is a Penn State fan and during the fall can be found watching their football games with her family.
