Bio

Dr. Michelle Walker, DNP, brings an impressive repertoire of skills as a seasoned provider with over 30 years of experience. Her journey in the medical field began as a registered nurse for 13 years, after which her passion for empowering others to live healthier lives drove her to return to school to earn her credentials as a nurse practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice.

Dr. Walker has dedicated herself to continuous growth and learning, fostering an expansive and holistic understanding of healthcare. Before her current role, she spent 15 years as a Nurse Practitioner at a Federally Qualified HealthCare Center, providing primary care to underserved populations, from infants to geriatric patients.

Her interests extend to a diverse range of complementary and alternative medicine practices, as well as spending time with the family, training her dog, teaching and serving in her church community, reading, yoga, gardening, and hiking. Dr. Walker's commitment to enhancing patients' lives through continual learning and embracing alternative medicine sets her apart in the allergy and asthma fields.
